Ringway Island Roads Ltd Engagement
AMJ Hyde Ltd were appointed to provide Quantity Surveying services to Ringway Island Roads Ltd as part of the PFI to operate, improve and maintain the Isle of Wight road network. The appointment focused on providing advice and undertaking works associated with various network structures as well as providing commercial input and cost reporting for the Operation and Maintenance division of the business.
AMP5 Works within the Water Industry
Providing Quantity Surveying services in order to assist with the successful delivery of a portfolio of Southern Water wastewater projects across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. AMJ Hyde Ltd were able to provide the requisite input based upon our substantial experience within the civil engineering field and our extensive contacts within the industry.
Woolston Waste Treatment Works Southampton
Working with 4Delivery Ltd to assist in the successful delivery of Woolston WTW which featured a state of the art new membrane biological reactor (MBR), odour control and welfare facilities. AMJ Hyde Ltd provided services in order to procure some of the most substantial works packages including the civils scope, structural steelwork and cladding. This project was complex in terms of the process works and construction methodology but despite the challenges it successfully achieved Take Over in spring 2020.
